Mexican customs considers a move to contained used household items. This can include clothing, linens, decorations, furniture, and appliances. New items are can be moved with your household goods, but must be declared as new and taxes paid. You will need to supply receipts with your manifest prior to your move.
Moves where new items are found but receipts not supplied will incure addtional charges and your move may be canceled.
