Your move is international, and we require your items to be appropriately packed, protected or wrapped upon arrival to us. We will do additional shipping prep at our Tijuana warehouse, but what we don’t want is Grandma’s vintage woven basket full of seashells sitting on top of a box unprotected when we go to load your items in San Diego.
What We Need From You
- A complete manifest of items to include:
- Box counts with basic contents
- Furniture descriptions
- Any additional information on hard to handle items
What is NOT Permitted
- Live Plants
- No new items. New items follow different rules at the border. If we find new items in your move, we will request receipts prior to crossing.
- No Drugs or Guns – These two will cause your move to be terminated and you’ll be required to move you stuff from our location in San Diego immediately and you’ll forfeit your deposit.
